Operador:
Buenas tardes, gracias por llamar a Altamed Health Services, mi nombre es ( TU NOMBRE). ¿Está interesado en ponerse la Vacuna contra el COVID?

Cliente:
Sí me interesa pero tengo algunas preguntas...

Operador:
Claro que si Sra. con gusto le respondo sus dudas.

Cliente:
Si me la quiero poner pero dicen que te deja esteril, esto es Cierto? Y también no tengo transporte, como fuera a la clínica?

Operador:
Entiendo que tiene dudas ya que últimamente han surgido varios rumores sobre la vacuna, ya que todo eso es falso, si gusta le podemos proporcionar un video donde un doctor habla de las reacciones secundarias que se podrían tener con la vacuna. Por lo del transporte no se preocupe le podemos proveer un uber gratuito para que lo lleve.

Cliente:
Esta bien que es lo que tengo que hacer, cuales son los requisitos?

Operador:
Es muy simple Sra. Voy a tomar algunos de sus datos personales como nombre, número de teléfono, correo electrónico, y edad para poder agendar una cita.

Client:

Operator:
Of course, I will gladly answer your questions.

Client:
I do want to get it but I hear that it leaves you sterile, Is this true? Also I have no transportation. How would I get to the clinic?

Operator:
I understand that you have doubts since lately there have been several rumors about the vaccine, since all this is false if you like we can provide you with a video where a doctor talks about the secondary reactions that could arise with the vaccine, and don’t worry about transportation we can provide you with an Uber at no cost to take you.

Client:
That’s great! What do I need to get it? What are the requirements?

Operator:
It’s very simple Sir, I will take down some personal information such as name, phone number and email address so I can schedule your appointment.
